x2-16=(x+4)(x-4)
4/(x+4)(x-4) -3/(x+4)
LCM of denominator is (x+4)(x-4)
4/(x+4)(x-4)-3(x-4)/(x+4)(x-4)
4-3(x+4)/(x+4)(x-4)
4-3x-12/(x+4)(x-4)
-3x-8/(x+4)(x-4)
