a6 = k + (-k/3)(5)
an = k + (-k/3)(n - 1) This is the formula. Learn it!
15 = k + (-k/3)(19)

Your answer is "correct" and it does leave it to the poster to follow the algebra to get the solutions but it feels half done of not showing the worked out numerical or simplified answers for which the poster can compare his/her solutions to.
