1. Pyruvate oxidation produces acetyl Coenzyme A, NADH and carbon dioxide.
2. Citric acid cycle produces 2 carbon dioxide molecules, 1 GTP/ATP, and reduced forms of NADH and reduced one FADH2.
3. Note that fermentation produces (OH) ethanol, lactic acid, carbon dioxide, and hydrogen gas (H₂)
