Water! The electrons are stripped from glucose (or compounds which have been formed form that glucose) during the Krebs cycle. In the Krebs cycle NADH and FADH2 are formed, which are carrying those high energy electrons. Those electron carriers bring the electrons to the electron transport chain (ETC). At the end of the ETC 1/2 O2 accepts a pair of electrons, combined with two protons (H+) and BOOM...we have WATER!
