Is this all of the information you're given? I would typically use the formula PV=nRT where
P = pressure
V = volume
n = number of moles
R = (constant)
t = temperature
if you assume all other factors are constant (pressure, specifically) then
6.00(x) = 20(y)
4.00(x) = z(y)
z = (4.00 / 6.00) * 20 = 13.3
so the difference would be 16.7
however if pressure is a factor, then you should factor that into the equation
