You will always multiply the 2 magnifications you have selected together.
On most microscopes you have 3 or 4 lenses, which are standard levels of magnification
4x- scanning 10x- low power 40x- high power. Some also have 100x- oil immersion.
Nearly all eye pieces, including the one in your example are 10x magnification.
For this example, the second objective lens is 10x, and the eye piece is 10x for a total of 100x magnification.
Every microscope is different, so I would confirm the magnifications you have, but these are the measurements on most traditional microscopes you will find in a classroom, and likely to be the right answer here.
