Weight mixture math help.

Fresh grapes contain 80 % water while dry grapes contain 10% water. if the weight of dry grapes is 250 kg what was its total weight when it was fresh??

This is a tricky problem. The answer provided is incorrect, though. Suppose that the fresh grapes initially weighed 2,000 kg. At 80% water, that would be 1,600 kg of water and an additional 400 kg of non-water. (I'll call that non-water "roughage".) When the grapes dry out, they lose most of their water, but maintain all the roughage. This means that the dry grapes would have to weigh more than 400 kg, not 250 kg.
