Cell/mm3 question please

Hello there, I'm studying again for Immunology (its been a while) so there are these basic terms I think that are hard for me to visualize. So my question is, how can I understand cells/mm3? I know its a volume, very little, micro, but I guess how can I visualize what mm3 is. Thank you

CD4 counts are measured in cells per cubic millimeter = cells/mm3

Yes, cubed is a volume.

1 mm = 1/10 of 1 cm on a cm ruler.

1 mm = 0.0394 inches

1 mm = 1/1000 of a meter.

1 grain of salt(average) = 0.3 mm

1 grain of sugar (average) = 0.7 mm

Human egg diameter = 0.1 to 0.12 mm
