Most reptiles especially amphibians are cold blooded and they have respiration through not only their lungs but also their skin. This is why many of them live in cool moist enviornments. Where as warm blooded animals make their respirations through their lungs. They don't use their skin for breathing and respirations and circulation has to do with the lungs.
