According to the fundamental counting principle,
You have two choices,
A & B
To find the possibilities of doing thing A and thing B, you take A * B. Here we have 6 choices.
So,
2 options for first period,
4 options for second,
1 option for third,
1 option for fourth,
3 options for fifth,
5 options for sixth.
=2 * 4 * 1 * 1 * 3 * 5
=120
He can make 120 different schedules.
