Mark M. suggested a compass, which is basically what I did, but I used an online grahing calculator, instead. It will draw functions, so we need the equation for a circle with radius 5 and center (4,-3). The equation for a circle can be determined by the formula (x-h)2 + (y-k)2 = r2, where r is the radius, and (h, k) is the center, 4,-3 in this case.
The equation we can plot is (x-4)2 + (y+3)2 = 52. I then added the points M - T), on the same graph.
The graph is too large to fit here. I suggest going online to Desmos and plot it yourself. I find points P, Q, and R to be within a radius of 5 from (4,-3).
