there is no solution for x and y that would satisfy both equations if
you put a 2 as the coefficient of the 2nd equation
No real or imaginary solution, at least.
There are two surreal solutions though
2x -5y =46
2x-5y = -23 subtract the two equations, one from the other to get
0 = 69
there is no real or imaginary solution for x and y that would make zero = 69
"surreal" includes + infinity
