Option 1. H-Cl contains ionic bonding ( H loses an electron to Cl so we have H+ and CL- ions which are held together because opposite electrical charges attract each other.

If you consider the bonding, no. H-Cl is composed of ions which are derived from atoms, but are not atoms, so technically HCl is the only possibility - the other materials all have covalent bonds so definitely consist of atoms.05/24/21
