To answer this question, you really only need to focus on the last part. What does cloning mean in terms of genetics? Are there any changes in the genes of the offspring relative to the parent? You only really need to decide if the last part is true or false, and from there you need only follow a simple process of logic to determine the potential effects of cloning on conservation.
As a side note you're more likely to get help if you don't clutter the board with several questions at once. This is a tutoring site and if you've gotten to the point where you need to post so many homework questions then you may consider whether it would be in your interest to contract the services of a tutor.
We can safely assume that you're going to be tested on these subjects later on. In the big picture is it going to be more helpful for you to have someone quickly give you some answers or to truly understand the concepts so you can apply them when you have your exam? Another way of thinking about it is how many points is the exam relative to this homework assignment? Which one do you believe is more important?
