The probability of getting any fruit randomly is 1/5.
Assuming that once a fruit is chosen, it still has the same probability of getting picked again, 1/5, the probability of three identical fruits in a row would be:
1/5 x 1/5 x 1/5 = 1/125.
This is known as compound probability. The probability of these idependent events all happening is the probabiity of each event multiplied by the others. I hope this helps!
