So Angela R.,
Why would you not know the answer, if you have been doing your class readings?
So, people naturally run different cholesterol levels, even with the same diet. That should give your one clue. And some people who tend to run high cholesterol levels, can control the level with a high-fiber diet. That should give you another clue. But some people cannot; therefore, they may benefit from drugs which either reduce the ability of their body to produce cholesterol (but, you don't want to stop it completely, since every cell in your body NEEDS cholesterol in its cell membrane), or which interfere with the ability of the body to absorb cholesterol from eaten food (such as, the "statins"). That should give you another clue.
And lastly, exercise is always good for promoting good health. That should give you your last clue.
Now, Angela, you probably knew all these things already. So just slow down, and think about what you know already, and you'll find that you can answer questions you didn't think you possibly could!
And if not ... there's always Google!
