The equation you use is (V1 x P1 / T1) = (V2 x P2 / T2) because your volume is constant you can remove it from the equation leaving you with (P1 / T1) = (P2/T2). All you have to do is plug in your numbers and solve for P2.

(409 / 150) = (P2 / 436)

This should leave you with 1188.8 kPa
