Pressure x Volume = number of moles x gas constant x Temperature in Kelvin
Moving things around, V/T = (nR)/P
n is not changing
R is a constant, and is not changing.
P is not changing.
So, (nR)/P is staying constant.
Meaning that, as the temperatures changes, we can say that V1/T1 = V2/T2
Temperature in Kelvin = Temperate in Celcius + 273
50/298 = V2/308
Cross -multiply:
(50 x 308)/298 = 51.7 L
