Let’s use the example of you want to run a race. To move your legs, you would need your muscles to move your legs, pump your heart, move your diaphragm to breath... You would need blood to carry oxygen. Your digestive system would provide energy for the muscles. The nerves would send signals from the brain to the muscles. Wastes would be eliminated through the intestines and bladder via he kidneys. The lungs would bring in oxygen and breath out carbon dioxide. With this example you have the interdependence of the muscle, respiratory, cardiovascular, digestive, nervous, and excretory systems.
