x - 6 <= 3
Using Additive Property, add 6 on both sides.
x - 6 + 6 <= 3 + 6
x <= 9
x <= 9

Since we are subtracting 6 from x, we need to do the inverse or opposite operation.
So we need to add 6 to both sides.
The 6's on the left will cancel out and on the right, 3 + 6 is 9.
So we have x ≤ 9.
x - 6 <= 3
x <= 3 + 6
x <= 9
