To transcribe the antisense strand of DNA (the one that reads from 5' -> 3') to mRNA, all you have to do is switch the Thymine nucleotide to a Uracil nucleotide, and the mRNA reads in the same 5' -> 3' direction!

The mrna sequence for 5'- TCG CTA GAT ATA TGC GCT CGT AAC CTT CGC-3' is 3'- AGC GAU CUA UAU ACG CGA GCA UUG GAA GCG-5' This is due to the fact that in a mRNA sequence you will never find Thymine (T), therefore instead of Thymine, you will have Uracil (U).
