Similarly, h(-4) = 0 and h(-2) = -4.
Now to draw the graph, plug in -1 for x.
We get y = h(2*-1) + 3
y = h(-2) + 3.
We know that h(-2) = -4
Therefore, y = (-4) + 3 = -1
So when we plugged in -1 for x, y equaled -1.
Therefore, a point on the new graph is (-1, -1)
To find the other two points on the new graph plug in 0 and -2 for x.
