How to cancel a lesson?

Hello, I recently just had a lesson but there was misunderstanding between what was needed and what I could offer. I decided to cancel the lesson and not charge. Can I just leave it at that?

That would be fine. If you feel that you need to do more (i.e. give an instructor referral, resources) then you can go that route. I think you handled this well in order to benefit the student. Hope this helps!
