Why after always turning and keeping the water a specific green is the product “super green” now shifting the water from that green into blue, and why are only 2 of 9 bamboos/waters affected?

The most interesting part is the plants in blue water appear to be slightly healthier than the others. But mind you they all started off the same green. I have photos, but it won't post with them.
