Macey,
You students really put in some tall orders for us tutors here! The best thing any tutor could do for you is define the words and help get you thinking about them.
Adversity = Difficulties/Challenges
Benevolent = Good/Generous
Censure = Harsh criticism
Diligent = Hard working
Emulate = Copy
Frugal = Cheap/stingy
Inevitable = Definitely going to happen/Unstoppable
Longevity = The quality of living long/lasting long
Pretentious = Showy/Flashy
Resilient = Tough/Hardy
Subtle = Delicate/Understated
Vindicate = Prove right
I couldn't write your paragraph for you, of course. But imagine a good, hard working employee working for a cheap boss. Having a cheap boss would probably be a difficulty. But then, somebody harshly rebukes this boss! And this boss decides to change his ways, and become more like the good employee.
A story like this could easily use up quite a few of your vocabulary words.
Hope this helps! :)
