I'm not sure what your question really is, but if you are supposed to generate a few ordered pairs just pick an x-value and plug it into the equation to get the corresponding y-value. Example, choose x = 1:
y = 7x - 3
y = 7(1) - 3
y = 7-3
y = 4
So you know that y = 4 when x = 1. The ordered pair, (x,y), is (1, 4). Try it using another value for x, such as x = 0 or x = -1.
