A classic center of mass problem, select a reference point 1m in front Juliet to calculate the initial center of mass of the system, Juliet, Romeo and the boat. Recalculate the new center of mass of the system when Juliet and Romeo are together, them simply subtract to find the distance boat moved towards the shore.
