There are two cell types, Eukaryotes and Prokaryotes.
Eukaryotes are cells which contain membrane bound organelles (mitochondria, nucleus, etc.) They include:
- Animals
- Plants
- Protist
- Fungi
Prokaryotes are cells which do not contain membrane bound organelles. They include:
- Bacteria
- Archaea
