Any ratio does not = 3/5 except a ration that's 3n/5n where n= any real number
6/10, 9/15, 12/20, 15/25, ... all equal 3/5,
3a/5b where a does not equal b is a fraction different from 3/5
but maybe you meant something different as you used "ratio"
3/5 is the same as a 3:2 ration where there are 5 parts and 3 are one type and the remaining 2 are another type.
then 3n:2n is equivalent ratio, for any real number n
while 3a:2b is not equivalent if a does not equal b
