1.) Weigh this small container
2.) Fill this small container with some of the gravel from your big container and weigh it
3.) Subtract the weight in step 1 from the weight in step 2 to get the net weight of 1 cubic foot of gravel
4.) Multiply the result of step 3 by 2000 to estimate the weight of 2000 cubic feet of gravel
