I'm unsure if your question is referring to comparing instantaneous acceleration with average acceleration or something else. But, if your question is asking "If an object has zero instantaneous acceleration, does it mean it has zero instantaneous acceleration?" then the answer is yes, zero is zero.

keep in mind that "acceleration" means any change in velocity over time. the change could be either the *magnitude* or the *direction*10/05/20

Good point Mark. Again, this isn’t a very well worded question. If the question had said “If an object has a magnitude zero acceleration, does it mean it has zero acceleration?” then the answer would be No.10/05/20
