The wording on this question is a little funny, but the underlying math should be very doable.
Bill's camera is limited, so he has to film a new part that lasts 60 seconds over and over and over. Then he can use editing software to put it all in order. Assuming that each part is the full 60 seconds and he doesn't cut any out from the final size, you just need to multiply 60 by 2900. At the end, on his phone, he will have 2900 different video files. Each of them will be 60 seconds.
To count all the seconds, you do 2900 X 60.
It will give you a really big number of seconds, which you can convert to minutes or hours if you want to.
