I agree, I don't like this question. It's missing key information. Is that the DNA sense or anti-sense strand? Another way to say that, what side is 5' and 3'? Without that information it's hard to say. Maybe other questions on that sheet clarifies that?

I would say without more information, the question is unfair. I believe the teacher is asking what RNA would be transcribed using that DNA strand as the template, assuming the DNA is written in the traditional 5' to 3' orientation. But I'm making two assumptions there - that the DNA is the template sequence, and that it's 5' to 3'. If you'd like some more help let me know!09/07/20
