Instead of answering your specific problem I want to give you the definition of your terms.
Box and Whiskers plots are based on medians. The median is the middle number of a data set. Three medians are found. The median of the whole set; the median of the upper half and the median of the lower half.
The plot from left to right consists of the following:
minimum (point)
horizontal line
lower half median (vertical bar) Lower Quatile 25%
block
median of whole set (vertical bar) Median 50%
block
upper half median (vertical bar) Upper Quatile 75%
horizontal line
maximum (point)
The mean of a data set is also called the average. This is the sum of the data set values divided by the number of entries.
The range of a data set is the maximum minus the minimum.
With this knowledge you should be able to do your problems
