mutation to the Opi1 transcription factor

Describe a mutation to the Opi1 transcription factor or another gene that will create a dominant repressor of INO1 and other inositol regulatory genes? How would you test the resulting mutant to see if mutation caused the effects on Opi1 function that you intend?

The key to this is to write out what you know about the regulation of inositol regulated genes. From there you should be able to imagine a way to create a dominant repressor.
