Hi! In the present subjunctive you change the ending you would normally use in present simple. For example, number 1 says:

Q: Me sorprende que todos Uds. no ___________ (RECICLAR) todos los días.

A: In present simple, the answer would be RECICLAN but in present subjunctive the AR ending turns to an IR/ER ending and it would be RECICLEN.

1. RECICLEN
2. RECOJA (the G is changed to a J to make the same sound as the original verb)
3. HAYA
4. VAYAN
5. NECESITEN
6. HAGA
7. CONSERVE
8. RESUELVA (notice the spelling change, this is an irregular verb)
9. CONDUZCAMOS (also irregular)
10. SEAMOS
