Hello everyone, I’m trying to get a answer and see how it works this is my first time trying this website.

It all depends on the situation. In general, I reach out to the person I have a conflict or dispute with and ask for their perspective on the situation. After that, I share my perspective so we know where the other person stands. The best way, in my opinion, is to take time to discuss what is causing the dispute and allow the other person to speak. Listen, don't just share your side and expect them to see things from your point of view. If this does not work, a mediator can help the situation by providing calm outside perspective without a bias towards either side of the dispute.
