What is the answer to -2=2/3b-2/3

I am having trouble with math this year and I need serious help. Please help me.

-2 = 2/3 *b -2/3

 

Add 2/3 to both sides

 

-2 + 2/3 = 2/3* b

 

-4/3 = 2/3*b

Divide both sides by 2/3

 

(-4/3)/(2/3) = b

 

b = -2
