How can do that effect ?!

Hello there, Could anyone help me figure out how to do like REACT challenge where they divided the picture of the character into small sections and make them appear one by one randomly? in which application can I do that? if there is a tutorial for the effect that will be great.

That can be done in most editing software - Premiere, After Effects, Davinci Resolve, Final Cut, etc. Its done by creating several masks of the main image. Within the timeline of the project the mask is basically keyframed to turn off reveal a bit of the image until the final image is revealed.
