Every farmer has to make a decision based on their growing season, right? By using precision agriculture systems, this means a farmer will have access to aerial views of his or her farm. You could call these important types of decisions "agronomic" decisions. As far as crops go, having a wider, aerial map of the farm can help a farmer contemplate decisions like which section of the farm isn't being used to its fullest potential. Perhaps it could help a farmer expand any plans for row spacing and the planting of seeds. An aerial map can also possibly help a farmer track or narrow down a specific predatory problem (i.e. invasive plant species). It seems like farmers choose to review data gathered from precision agriculture systems during the winters to better plan for a coming growing season.
