so ive gotten it wrong when it comes to rounding to the nearest 1%

Find the discount, the discount rate, and the reduced price for a box of cereal that normally sells for $3.29 if a shopper presents the coupon at a store that doubles the value of the coupon. (Round the discount rate to the nearest one percent.)


the savings of the cereal is 35 cents.
