Your math is correct, you just need a couple more steps to finish the problem.
The money the woman can get is the difference plus 10% of the difference. Let's call the difference X and the total money the woman can get M.
X is the Home Club price minus the lower price the woman found so:
X = 150 – 129
X = 21
The next step is to find 10% of X. Since a percentage is out of 100, 10% is also 10/100, or 1/10. One tenth of X can also be defined as X divided by 10.
10% of X = X/10
10% of 21 = 21/10
10% of 21 = 2.1
Since we're working in dollars, 2.1 is 2 dollars and 10 cents, or $2.10.
The last step is to add the 10% you just calculated to the difference you found earlier. The difference is $21.00, the 10% is $2.10, so:
M = X + X/10
M = 21.00 + 2.10
M = $23.10
