Hello,

This is a great question and one that many people ask when it comes to taking standardized tests. When teaching my students study skills I often tell them they should try to eliminate any possible answers that they know is wrong. Doing this will increase your chances of getting it right.

In addition to this strategy I recommend that my students re-read the question a few times to ensure they thoroughly understand it prior to selecting their answer. I hope this helps. :)
