True, I have personal research in cell death. I can also suggest a couple good review papers if you would like. All (Not actually ALL, anything saying all in biology is false) multicellular organisms 1.) they need to divide to become multicellular 2.)You need controlled cell death so an infected cell wont kill an entire tissue.

True. Cell division is responsible for the development of a zygote into a blastocyst and beyond. Apoptosis (programmed cell death) is responsible for fine tuning many of the developmental features that are formed during embryogenesis. Hope this helps!
