If you wanted to you could multiply everything by a 1000 and get
-2300x -1276=6728
Then solve like a regular algebra equation.
Basically I looked at the number with the most decimal digits...they go 10's, 100's, 1000's etc.
I then multiplied the whole equation by 1000 and solve.
