So if the point X is (-3, -2) is translated using the rule
x,y ---> (x+3),(y+4)
then you simply plug-in the values of x and y which are x = -3 and y = -2
x,y ---> ((-3) +3), ((-2) + 4) which is (0, 2)
This is the new coordinate for X
so the answer is
