DNA is antiparallel, meaning that the complementary, or bottom, strand is oriented with its 3' OH end to the left and its 5' phosphate end to the right. So it is opposite the top strand. A and T have two hydrogen bonds and pair together, and G and C have three hydrogen bonds and they pair together. So the complementary strand would be:
3' - ATGCGGA - 5'
