Just try looking up the various terms on Google. You will find lots of info under just one of the terms, but only "distant hits" for the other terms. That will tell you that only one of the answers is a real thing. And if you read some of the stuff on that answer, you will learn a lot about that answer, enough to convince you about the truth of the answer. Although I think that the Ediacarian fossils in that formation were more interesting!
By the way, looking things up on Google is a good filter to distinguish the genuine from the fake, usually! (You may need to apply a bit of caution when subjects are controversial, since there may be a lot of uninformed statements).
