In order to form the present perfect, simply take the corresponding form of the verb "haber", a helping verb used mostly to form verb tenses such as the present perfect, and place the past participle form of the main verb after that.
"Haber" is formed like this in the present tense:
Yo he
Tú has
Él/ella/Ud. ha
Nosotros hemos
Vosotros hais
Ellos/ellas/Uds. han
The past participle of a verb is formed like this:
Verb - ending + ado/ido
Start with a verb, like "hablar" for instance.
Hablar
Now drop the ending -ar
Habla-
Now add -ado
Hablado
And there you go! This verb now no longer means "to speak" (hablar) but now means "spoken" (hablado).
Add -ado for -ar verbs and -ido for -er/-ir verbs.
So, in this particular instance, you would take the verb "actuado", and put it through this formula:
Beyoncé ya HA ACTUADO en muchas películas.
Prah ya HA TENIDO muchos espectáculos, empezando en los años ochenta.
Miley Cyrus HA SIDO "Hannah Montana."
We use "ha" in all those exampes because in each case, the subject of the verb is in the 3rd person.
So, in review, "haber" would translate to "to have" and then the past participle of the verb is how we form perfect and passive tenses that usually end in -ed or -en in English: spoken, eaten, booked, declared, etc.
I hope this helps!

The present perfect in English is have + the past participle. Eg. I have played.
For the present perfect in Spanish, you conjugate haber (have):
yo he
tú has
él ha
nosotros hemos
ellos han
Then, you use use the past participle of the desired verb. Regular past participles for -ar verbs are -ado, e.g. hablado. For -er/-ir verbs, it's -ido, such as comido.
So, for the first one it would be:
Beyoncé ya ha actuado... (Beyoncé has already acted..)

Present perfect (the form that in English shows up as "have done" or "has done") is made in Spanish by conjugating the irregular verb "haber" and adding the -ado or -ido form of the verb. Does that give you enough of a hint? ¿He contestado tu pregunta?
