If a tRNA has the following anticodon UAG, what is the corresponding codon ... ?
AUC
... Where is it located?
tRNAs bind to DNA in the ribosome. In prokaryotes (e.g., bacteria), ribosomes are found in the cytoplasm, while in eukaryotes (e.g., animals), ribosomes are found in the rough endoplasmic reticulum (outside of the cell nucleus).
... And what amino acid would be attached at its 3’ site?
Looking up AUC in a codon table => Isoleucine.
